Anand is Nextpoint Law Group’s Partner of Litigation Services and has a formidable background in legal, technology, and business matters. He has over 14 years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience as an attorney, including at an Am Law 200 firm, a boutique litigation firm, and the founder of his own firm. Anand is a strategic thinker and well-versed in handling complicated legal matters in high-stakes environments. Anand’s experience includes steering large-scale antitrust cases, class actions, multi-district litigation, and numerous other types of business disputes including contract, fiduciary duty, trade secret, fraud, professional liability, and appellate litigation. He has handled state, federal, and appellate matters across the country. Anand also serves as General Counsel for Nextpoint Law Group.

Anand is highly-skilled at understanding and leveraging data to benefit his clients’ positions, and keep costs down. He believes the practice of law is technology-driven and is a fierce advocate for working efficiently to minimize client costs and maximize productivity. Clients appreciate Anand’s big-picture approach and ability to think and act strategically when advising on legal issues.

Anand helps clients understand the nature of their disputes, identify litigation and alternative options, and develop a strategy for achieving the best possible outcome. Clients rely on him for practical advice on what can be achieved within realistic time and cost constraints.

Prior to practicing law, Anand worked at a large technology consulting firm. He keeps abreast of advances in technology and the impact it may have on the legal field.
