Ally is Nextpoint Law Group’s Partner of eDiscovery Services. Her unique mix of experience over the last decade, as both a first-chair trial lawyer and data specialist, gives her the ability to take a holistic view of the litigation process. Whether it is collecting and processing data from an eclectic range of sources, or identifying the most relevant evidence for presentation to the fact-finder, Ally can focus on the most effective and efficient approach.

Ally and her team support Nextpoint Law Group’s clients’ wide-ranging requests, including ESI protocols, data analysis, collections, review, productions and presentation. She has worked on hundreds of cases, tackling some of the most challenging data issues faced by law firms of all sizes across the country. Her experience includes cases involving: bankruptcy, construction, criminal, healthcare, and insurance. 

As an Assistant State’s Attorney of McHenry County, Illinois, Ally has tried over 100 cases, and has extensive experience with law enforcement policies and procedures. Prior to her career as a prosecutor, she represented clients in civil litigation.
